HAPPY THANKSGIVING! There is a lot going on these days. I get to spend the next two weeks with Dan while he is taking a vacation. He has accumulated so much time he either has to take it or lose it. I had a "quick & routine" check up appoointment this week which was anything but! I told Dan (for the first time) he did not need to attend because it would only be a minute! Boy, was I wrong! I sent him out to play golf and spend sometime by himself while I went to the Doctor's office. At the ultrasound she suspected that my cervix was funneling. I asked "what does that mean"? She replied "Well, it looks like you may be in early labor and you need to head to the hospital for a more detailed ultrasound"....... HOLY MOLEY! Since Dan was on the greens, I couldn't reach him so I left a little message to call ASAP! At the hospital, they did another ultrasound and everything appeared to be fine! WHEW! Can't this possibly go smooth at some point????!!!!!!!! I thought this was supposed to be a special fun time to remember. All I am remembering is STRESS!!
